All sessions are approached holistically, recognising the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. My work draws on both professional training and personal understanding, creating a compassionate and grounded space for deep transformation.
At Break Free Coaching, I bring together trauma informed meditation, hypnotherapy, and NLP in a way that feels supportive, steady, and practical. Although these approaches naturally complement one another, they each play a slightly different role in the process.
Trauma-informed meditation focuses on helping your nervous system settle. When your body feels safer and more regulated, your mind becomes clearer and more receptive. This creates the foundation for meaningful change. Meditation builds awareness, steadiness, and a stronger connection with yourself.
Hypnotherapy allows us to go deeper. In a relaxed and focused state, we work directly with the unconscious mind; the part of you where habits, emotional patterns, and long held beliefs are stored. Because this work happens beneath the surface level of thinking, it can support shifts that feel more natural and lasting. It is particularly helpful when you’re ready to change patterns that haven’t responded to willpower alone.
NLP supports this process by gently reshaping internal language, perception, and automatic responses. Sometimes that means updating an old belief. Sometimes it means shifting how you relate to a past experience so it no longer carries the same emotional charge.
Often, these approaches blend together seamlessly. We might begin with meditation to settle the nervous system and then move into deeper subconscious work. Each session unfolds in a way that feels steady and supportive, guided by what you need in that moment.
