Welcome to my space, where passion meets purpose and the journey from surviving to thriving begins.
At 30, I was diagnosed with melanoma while raising two young children. Back then, support and awareness were limited, and I felt very alone in my fears. Despite setbacks, including being told I shouldn’t have more children, I was eventually given hope, and my family grew even more, when I was able to welcome two more beautiful children into my life.
Years later, after remarrying and looking forward to a new chapter, I was diagnosed with stage IV melanoma. The cancer had spread to my brain and lungs, and I endured surgeries, drug therapies, and countless side effects.
There were moments of deep uncertainty, but in late 2014, a clinical trial for immunotherapy became my miracle. I have now been clear for nine years.
Alongside my cancer journey, I also faced the pain of a marriage breakdown. Yet, life brought unexpected joy when I reconnected with Craig, my childhood neighbour and now soulmate.
I believe I am here for a reason. In my darkest moments, I promised that if I survived, I would help others. That promise inspired Break Free Coaching.
Today, I am passionate about supporting women facing trauma, cancer, and life’s challenges. My journey has given me the strength and empathy to help others break free and thrive.
This is my calling. This is my why.
