Facing medical scans after a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming. As a long term survivor I know how real scanxiety is. My purpose is to support other women on this journey, providing a safe, understanding space and practical tools to help you feel calmer and more in control.

Three 90-Minute Hypnotherapy Sessions
 
Tailored specifically for scan related anxiety (including MRI, CT, PET, etc.), these sessions are designed to help you deeply relax, manage fear, and approach your scans with greater peace of mind.
 
Personalised, Lived Experience Support:
I offer support and understanding from my own journey as a cancer survivor, someone who truly gets it.
 
Flexible Delivery:
Sessions are available in my welcoming home studio (with complimentary herbal or black tea) or online via a secure platform whichever feels best for you.
